Description

We are looking for virtual assistants to provide gofer support to our team while working remotely. You will perform various tasks, including answering emails/texts, Mail delivery or pickup, and/or make deliveries for local businesses. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools. Ultimately, you should be able to handle personal assistant projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

Respond to emails and phone calls/texts.
Book travel and accommodations(slightly necessary).
Manage a contact list.
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records.
Create presentations.
Provide customer service as first point of contact.

Skills
------

Proven experience as an assistant working remotely or relevant role.
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP.
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
High school diploma; additional qualifications is a plus.
